Beneath the surface of Beniwan​

The sun darkens to a dirty orange and wearily lowers itself onto the horizon, melting into the landscape. It is nightfall in Beniwan. As this tired world nears the end of its life, the once-vivid colors of creation have faded to dull, dirty versions of their former selves. The sepia skies, muddy green plants and faded flowers slip into the shadows as the two moons of Beniwan begin their descent. They make their final bow and a dense blanket of clouds stretches across the sky, blocking any remaining light. A gentle mist begins to fall, saturating everything. Then comes total black. All of life slows to a halt, waiting for the clouds to lift and the light of the stars to return.​
